YouthBuild Northern Kentucky

Program Overview

YouthBuild is a program that addresses the core issues facing low income communities, including housing, education, employment, crime prevention, and leadership development. Participants enroll in eight to 12-months of classroom and on-site training. During that time participants transform their lives and their communities by:

• Earning a high school diploma or GED
• Learning hands-on construction skills
• Building affordable housing
• Engaging in community service projects
• Developing leadership and life skills
• Learning to be an ethical community leader
