About

Promoting Literacy in Our Communities

The National Literacy Directory is a federal-, state-, and public-funded directory that helps potential students and volunteers locate nearby educational programs and services.

Since 2010, we’ve helped connect more than 50,000 potential students and volunteers to literacy services, community education programs, and testing centers.

Our network provides the latest resources, research, and grant opportunities that promote literacy. We strive to build a community that explores innovative solutions to common literacy roadblocks.
