Program Overview

Our Adult Basic Education (ABE) program helps adults learn important school and job skills. We work with students who want to improve their reading, writing, and math.

Students come to class to build skills step by step. We teach lessons that connect to real life, like reading a bill, filling out forms, or solving problems at work. We also help students get ready for the GED or a better job.

Our teachers support students and help them stay on track. We check progress often and celebrate when students improve.

We also teach job skills, like working with others, being on time, and solving problems. Some classes connect to job training, like healthcare or construction, so students can move into careers.

Our goal is to help students feel confident, learn new skills, and reach their goals—whether that is getting a diploma, finding a job, or going to college.
