Women's Education Center

Program Overview

The program serves women learning English with 5 levels of ESOL classes. We start with pre-literacy and go up to Level 3. The Women's Education Center (WEC) welcomes students to register and take placement tests for classes twice per year or by appointment.

The program has 3 levels of Zoom classes for those who want to learn English online.

Cell-Ed classes are available for those who want to study English on their cell phones.

A computer lab is open to The Women's Center students for individualized learning by appointment.

Career & next step counseling is available to WEC students and all Rosie's Place guests including referrals to local adult education programs, training programs, and assistance with job preparation, search and support through Rosie's Place Job Specialist.
