Program Overview

The Wilmer Public Library is here to provide materials and services to meet the educational, recreational, cultural and social needs of our diverse community.

ESL program focuses on conversational English, grammar, reading, listening, comprehension, writing, and vocabulary. You will enjoy a small class and a personalized approach to learning based on your abilities, interests, and needs.
