Serving Tulare and Kings County with night High School Equivalency Program (HEP) classes in Visalia, Hanford, Dinuba, Porterville, and Lindsay. Day and night English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes in Hanford, Dinuba, and Porterville and Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes in Hanford, Visalia, Dinuba, and Porterville.
