Program Overview

The WICHITA ADULT LITERACY COUNCIL empowers people to improve their literacy skills and promotes community awareness of literacy issues. WALC works to give people hope and an understanding that they can reach their goals: learning to read, getting a GED, obtaining citizenship or a driver's license, learning to speak English are only a part of what WALC does.
