Program Overview

The Wheaton Public Library hosts two English Conversation Groups.

The Saturday English Conversation Group meets every Saturday from 10am-12pm on the lower level in Meeting Room C. No registration required and the program is free to attend.

The Wednesday English Conversation Cafe meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12:30pm-2pm in Cafe on the Park, the library's coffee shop on the main floor. No registration required and the program is free to attend.

We have an ESL/Adult Literacy collection on the second floor. It has books for learning English as well as American culture and history. We also have citizenship materials to use in the library to check out to take home. We have DVD's, Audio CD series, instructor's materials, easy readers, and more.

Hours of operation: M-Th 9am-9pm; Fri & Sat 9-5; Sun 1-5

Cost info: To take materials home student must have a library card. Otherwise, student may use library materials in the library without taking them home.
