Program Overview
The Westcentral Oklahoma Literacy Coalition is a volunteer-based program that provides free literacy instruction to adults who want to improve their English reading and writing skills. Learners work one-to-one or in small groups with trained tutors using a variety of teaching methods and materials. These funds will be used to support adult literacy in Custer and northern Caddo County.
