Program Overview

We provide free one-on-one or small group tutoring to adults [at least 16 years of age and removed from the public/private school setting] performing literacy skills below the 9th grade level in reading, math and language, English as a Second Language and workplace skills. We use trained volunteer tutors from the local community, formal standardized testing and high-quality tutorial materials from ProLiteracy.
