Program Overview
The Volunteer English Program in Chester County, Pennsylvania is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit organized in 1986. The Volunteer English Program (VEP) enhances the economic and social quality of life for immigrant families, community members, consumers, employers and employees in Chester County by providing tutoring for adults to improve their English language skills, their American cultural understanding, and their participation in the communities we share. This is accomplished by offering free one-to-one and small group instruction via trained community based volunteer tutors.Education services
