Program Overview

English Classes

Since 2016, VAS has been providing English Language and Literacy classes at no cost through our ongoing partnership with Montgomery Coalition for Adult English Literacy (MCAEL). Our classes aim to provide limited English proficient (LEP) adult learners with the space and resources to learn at their own pace. Our classes are taught by our lead instructor, a native Vietnamese speaker, alongside native English-speaking volunteer teaching assistants.
