Program Overview
Valley Opportunity Council Adult Education is one of the many programs of the VOC, a community action agency that provides key services to the community such as fuel assistance, daycare, transportation, WIC, homelessness prevention, financial literacy instruction, and more. We have been offering FREE adult education, including high school equivalency preparation, citizenship classes, and English for Speakers of Other Languages for over 40 years.
