Welcome to Triple Effect Literacy Advantage (TELA)
Triple Effect Literacy Advantage is a cost free mobile literacy agency which primarily provides innovative services for adult individuals struggling with mental illness and/or substance use challenges. Therapeutic and holistic approaches based on life skills will be implemented for non-readers and low-level readers. TELA will offer individualized programming with the use of recreation therapy to assist with educational needs and methods for effective daily living.
