Welcome to Triple Effect Literacy Advantage (TELA)
Triple Effect Literacy Advantage is a free literacy agency which provides innovative services for primarily adult individuals struggling with mental illness and substance abuse issues. Therapeutic and holistic approaches based on life skills will be implemented for non-readers and low-level readers. Triple Effect Literacy Advantage will offer individualized curriculum to assist with educational needs and methods for optimal daily living.
