Program Overview
Tri-State Literacy Council works with adult learners at any literacy level, whether they are learning the alphabet, learning English, or preparing to obtain a high school equivalency diploma.
Adult learners are paired with volunteer tutors. Tutoring pairs meet one hour each week in the nearest library to work toward literacy or numeracy goals.
Adult learners can also be enrolled in distance education and work in online learning programs.
Hours of operation: Monday- Friday, 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
Cost info: One-to-one tutoring, learning material, and online learning are free.
