Program Overview
The Potter's House Community Development Empowering Center (TPHCDEC) provides GED courses for teen and adult learners. (Students ages 16 and 17 can participate but must apply to the local school district for a waiver to take the GED tests.) Students will be assessed and assisted with preparation for the four parts of the exam: Reasoning Through Language Arts, Mathematics Reasoning, Science, and Social Studies. Classes are free and are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Optional tutoring and enrichment are available.
