Program Overview

Our program helps Burmese families and immigrants learn English, build job skills, and support their children's education. We offer free online classes for adults and children. Adults can join ESL classes to improve their English for daily life and work, as well as job readiness workshops covering resume writing, interview skills, and career guidance. Children can participate in after-school support, where they receive help with school subjects, bilingual learning, and cultural education.

We also provide Parent and Child Together (PACT) activities, offering fun and interactive learning experiences such as storytelling, art, and family learning time. Our program is open to anyone looking to learn or volunteer to support Burmese families.

Student and Volunteer Success Stories

Over the past four years, our program has grown into a powerful community, reaching 8,000 online students with the support of over 200 dedicated volunteers. One of our students, A student joined our CV review and free classes feeling uncertain about her future. As a new immigrant, she struggled with English and lacked confidence in speaking. With the guidance of our volunteer tutor, she gradually improved her communication skills.
