Program Overview
English Innovations, which uses blended learning instruction – a combination of face-to-face group learning in a classroom setting coupled with online learning tools. The live instruction will incorporate academically rigorous best practices for English Language Learner education and will be delivered over 74 hours of in-class instruction plus additional self-paced learning using technology tools outside of class. Students receive a tablet loaded with Xenos, a game-based learning tool. Xenos is a playful, social, language learning application, combining a virtual world, games, activities and community.
