Program Overview
The Cell Community School & Resource Center has created the PALACE (Portable Adult Literacy And Community Education) PROGRAM to meet community learning needs beyond the traditional classroom. We will bring the learning center to you by transporting laptops and or tablets and a qualified educator (or educators) to your kitchen table, church meeting hall, community organization or other public location to ensure you are able to access the assistance needed to meet your individual, organizational or family literacy goals.
