Program Overview

For 40 years, the Greater Marco Family YMCA has been committed to helping children, families and communities reach their full potential. The Marco Y was founded on November 14, 1977 when the current location was donated by Deltona as a branch of the Collier County YMCA. Today, the Marco Y is an independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. At the Y, we are committed to helping all people get access to the resourcesand support to thrive. The Marco Y serves over 2,000 children in Early Learning, After School, Summer Camps, and Sports in East Naples, Everglades City, and Marco Island and serves over 10,000 members of the community throughout the year with a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Marco YMCA is a 501(c)3 organization and through donations and sponsorships, the Y supports those who need it most, regardless of income level.
