Program Overview
Opened in October 2017, The Bridge is an International Community Education and Resource Center that offers assistance to refugees and other immigrants to help them thrive as members of our Cleveland community. The Bridge offers Foundation, Beginner, and Intermediate classes to help with learning English, and with learning valuable life skills including computer skills, which are increasingly necessary for employment. Citizenship course will start in June 2018. The Bridge is also a place to connect with other members of Cleveland's international community, and to be connected with helpful resources around our community.

Cost Info
We ask students for a $20 donation towards sharing the cost in ESL curriculum, but if the student is unemployed or unable to pay then we give them the books for free.Student and Volunteer Success Stories
Our ESL program started in October 2017. In our first semester we enrolled 25 students. Our students are assessed to ensure they are enrolled in the level of ESL needed for succeeding.
