Program Overview
The Summer Basic Skills, Etc. (BASKET) Evening Program is a Family Literacy Program dedicated to educating parents and children of disadvantaged families in the Arlington community. Each evening we offer parents dinner, education and time with their children. Our staff and volunteers work with families developing basic skills in literacy through book clubs and other activities based on their educational needs.
