Program Overview

STRIDES serves students ages 7-20 who have low reading or math skills. They receive one-on-one instruction at any of our 8 Upstate SC locations. Most students reach grade level in 3-6 months.

Mission Statement

STRIDES is a faith-based nonprofit educational program that provides individual academic instruction to youth who are at risk for academic failure.

Hours of operation: 9am-8pm

Cost info: Clients pay for services hourly, on a sliding fee scale that is supported by United Way funds. $30 is required to enroll in the program, and includes achievement testing and counseling.
