Program Overview

Southside Programs for Adult Continuing Education (SPACE) has served adults 18 and older in the Crater Region since 1989. SPACE provides FREE classes for students to improve their reading, writing, math, English language, employment, and digital literacy skills or to study for the high school equivalency (GED) test. FREE classes are available in the following localities: Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Emporia, Greensville, Hopewell, Petersburg, Prince George, Surry and Sussex.
