Program Overview

The Simpson County Adult Education program provides free academic instruction aligned to college and career readiness standards as well as offers preparation and coaching next steps (i.e., college and career) for:

*Individuals without a high school diploma (GED preparation)

*High school graduates with academic or employment skill-building needs (college preparation)

*English language learners (ESL)

*Individuals participating in integrated education and training

*Individuals in corrections facilities


Through SKYCTC Adult Education programs, you can prepare for the GED diploma, postsecondary education and training, National Career Readiness and Kentucky Essential Skills Certificates (NCRC, KESC), employment, and become more fluent in the English language.
