Program Overview

The San Diego Council on Literacy is an urban literacy coalition that serves as the hub for the literacy effort in the region. It provides a variety of support services to the Affiliated Program network of 30 service programs and to the general public. One service is the coordination of literacy referrals for San Diego County.

Mission Statement

Mission: To unite the community to support literacy through advocacy, partnerships, resources, and coordination.

Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
