Program Overview
San Antonio ISD Adult & Community Education
Program's service delivery model includes instructional programs that help adults get the basic skills they need to be productive workers, family members, and citizens. The major program areas are Adult Basic Education, GED® Preparation,
and English Language Skills. These programs emphasize academic skills such as reading, writing, math, and English language competency. SAISD's adult education program also helps adult learners gain the knowledge and skills they
need to enter and succeed in postsecondary education, certificate training and careers
