Program Overview
G.O.A.L. (Get Out And Live) is a life‑skills and functional literacy program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants receive individualized support to strengthen daily‑living literacy, communication, reading comprehension, and community‑navigation skills. Through hands‑on practice, goal‑setting, and trauma‑informed instruction, learners build the confidence and independence needed to engage more fully in their homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces.
