Program Overview

The program is online and illustrated in English and Spanish languages. This is a reading and writing science course that comes with a bundle of picture books and posters that demonstrate the life cycle of a tree.

The Miracle of Changing Leaves: A Journey Through Seasons by Rose Wood is an educational nonfiction children’s picture book that introduces young readers to the fascinating life cycle of a tree through the beauty of the changing seasons.

Written by an educator with more than 25 years of classroom experience, the book makes complex scientific concepts such as photosynthesis, chlorophyll, oxygen production, and seasonal change easy for children to understand. Through engaging storytelling and vivid illustrations, students discover how trees grow, adapt, and prepare for each season while developing a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
