RLC Learning Center provides FREE tutoring services to all residents in Chaves County with FREE materials. We strive to provide services around the individual's work schedule. The tutoring is usually with one-on-one instruction but may be grouped to three or so students, whenever we encounter a tutor shortage. We are an educational non-profit organization a 501(c)3 agency dedicated to literacy development.Education services
