Program Overview
Russell Management Resident Services, Inc. (RMRSI) provides family supportive services to low income families living in public housing communities. RMRSI Family Literacy provides GED preparation to adult residents living on low income communities. We also provide youth reading enhancement and afterschool programs also to low income families.
