Program Overview

Rhode Island Tutorial & Educational Services (RITES) has served the local community for over 20 years. We offer high-quality, multisensory, individualized tutoring and small-group summer programs. Our highly trained, caring teachers have a minimum of 5 years of classroom experience, and are dedicated to tailoring each lesson to that student's needs, providing the right framework, support and instruction for each student's success. We build a lasting relationship between families and teachers to foster lifelong learning success. We tutor in almost all subjects: reading, writing, math, study & organizational skills, SAT/ACT prep, high school subjects, adult literacy, etc. We serve almost all types of students, but we specialize in working with students with learning differences, such as Dyslexia, ADHD, Executive Functioning deficits, etc. Our tutoring occurs at our Learning Center in Pawtucket, at local libraries throughout RI and southeastern MA, and in RITES teachers' home offices.
