Program Overview
Resurrection Power Church offers free literacy programs for adults and children in the community. Our programs are designed to support learning in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
Our adult GED and high school equivalency program is open to adults who did not complete high school and want help preparing for their GED or equivalent exam. Participants receive support with reading, writing, math, and test preparation. Instruction is provided at a comfortable pace to help build confidence and practical skills.
Our children's reading program supports children who need help learning to read or improving reading skills. Children receive individual or small-group support focused on phonics, comprehension, vocabulary, and reading confidence.
Programs are open to community members of all backgrounds and are held at Resurrection Power Church. Volunteer tutors are welcome. Class schedules and enrollment details are shared directly with participants.
