Program Overview
Handley Regional Library System offers books, materials, programs, technology, and services to help develop a love for literacy as part of public library services. We have a 24/7 Digital Library packed with tools for free online education, children-adult core skills development, educational tablets for at-home or remote learning, Wifi for digital access, online databases for GED, educational, and job/career testing/development and more. We operate 3 branches in Clarke County, Winchester-City, and Frederick County.
