Program Overview

Project REBUILD re-engages young adults to create pathways to academic, professional, and leadership opportunities while providing them with the skills and support to set them up for lifelong success. As a YouthBuild USA Affiliated Program, our comprehensive program works with young people between the age of 16 and 24. Members spend at least 50% of their time working towards completing their high school diploma, up to 40% of their time learning and practicing work readiness skills using construction training as a vehicle to engage them, and the remaining 10% of the time is spent on leadership development which includes life skills lessons and practical skills leading to a productive future.
