Program Overview

Project READ uses volunteer tutors to provide assistance to adults who need to improve basic skills - reading, English, math, GED, citizenship, and more - to meet personal and career goals that will enhance and enrich the quality of their lives as family members, adults in the workforce, and as citizens in our communities.
All of our services are offered free of charge. We base our tutoring and small group lessons on the needs of the learners. We are able to work together to achieve the most effective and meaningful results at a time that is convenient to both the learner and the tutor. We can always use the help of patient and caring volunteers!
