Program Overview
The Power of Seven is a community based parent/family engagement initiative designed to support parents in becoming co-partners in their children's education. It adapts a Transformative Family Engagement Approach empowering parents and families.
1. Learn how to access and utilize community resources that support children's cognitive development and learning.
2. Get training, information, support, and resources available to support families.
3. Receive personal support and encouragement to solve problems and implement solutions for children.
4. Receive advocacy support for navigating the school system.
