Program Overview

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is an evidence-based early childhood program serving families from pregnancy through age five in Fayette and Colorado counties. PAT empowers parents as their child's first teacher through personalized home visits, group connections, developmental screenings, and referrals to community resources, including support from a Family Resource Navigator.
