Program Overview

Colorado Sports Leadership Academy [CSLA] offers a four component family literacy program with the intention of building more connected relationships with the school and community and further having a greater multi generational impact on the families that attend CSLA. We believe ina holistic approach to educating the child by considering the ways in which the family can grow and learn as well. Our program incorporates four main components: Adult Education, Parent Education, PACT Time [Parents and Children Learning Together], and of course Children's Education [competancy based daily educational programming]. Families who participate are committed to engaging in all four components of the program on a monthly basis. Children's educational programming occurs during the school day on-site, PACT Time and Parent Education occurs on campus as well as at home, and Adult Education takes place at the Daniel C Vallez Center located next door to the campus. Any adult family member of a CSLA student has access and is encouraged to participate in the Parent PEAK Program at CSLA.
