Program Overview
Paperwork to Placement is a free adult literacy program through Empire Legacy Community Housing Foundation, serving Farrell PA and Mercer County. We help adults strengthen real life reading and writing skills needed for housing and work. Participants get support completing housing and benefit applications, understanding letters and forms, organizing documents, and writing simple emails or statements. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and may take place at the public library or other community locations. Call or email to get started.
