The Emerging Learners Literacy Foundation (ELLF) is dedicated to fostering language and literacy development among children and families across Texas. Through evidence-based strategies and interactive engagement, ELLF aims to ensure that young learners develop strong foundational literacy skills, preparing them for lifelong success in reading and learning.
