Our Community Reads Storytime Events

Program Overview

Our Community Reads provides public literacy events, book giveaways and mentorship/literacy engagement for young Queens and Pharaohs in Washtenaw County, primarily focusing on the Ypsilanti area.

Queens Club features support for young girls, ages 9-13, in the Ypsilanti area, who are interested in literacy support, positive peer support and mentorship.

Young Pharaohs engages young men, ages 9-13, in the Ypsilanti area in literacy and physical activity, as well as mentorship and support.

Both programs meet monthly on Sundays -- please contact us for registration information and to learn if we have spots currently open in our programming.
