Program Overview
OCALS provides free and confidential literacy services to residents of Orleans County and contiguous areas. We use trained volunteers who have attended literacy training workshops, and we match tutors and students based on each individual student's literacy needs. We are based out of Hoag Library in Albion, NY, but tutor in various locations around the county.
