One-to-One Adult Literacy Partners

Program Overview

The One-to-One Adult Literacy Partners program of Manitowoc Public Library provides adults in Manitowoc County with goal-oriented, one-to-one literacy tutoring to increase their skills in reading, writing, comprehending, and speaking English. We serve English language learners as well as native English speakers. Services are provided at no cost and tutoring schedules are flexible.
