Program Overview

Our Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) department offers free classes in: High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) Preparation, Spanish High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) Preparation, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Citizenship.

For ESL, Spanish HSED or Citizenship, please call Norma Azpeitia, the Bi-lingual Career Pathways Navigator and Academic Specialist at (712) 324-5061 ext. 124 or E-mail her at nazpeitia@nwicc.edu


Cost Info

The only costs are textbook fees for all classes and HiSET testing fees for HSED students (not due until they take the final test)
