Program Overview
Our program seeks to help women who were formerly incarcerated or involved with the justice system currently. We also help women in the community who wish to take classes to improve their reading and writing skills. We offer basic adult education but also encourage families to visit for social skills to build better communities. We are located in the Tioga section on Hunting Park directly across the street from the former Budd building.
