Program Overview
MVIEC provides English as a Second Language (ESL) to immigrants. Classes are at the most basic level both in the mornings and evenings.
MVIEC also teaches citizenship preparation classes, youth writing workshops, workplace English, and assists clients in applying for citizenship.
