Program Overview

The Maplewood Community Library offers ENL Tutoring, Citizenship Preparation tutoring, and tutoring for the TASC diploma in the virtual environment and limited times in person.

Tutoring is offered by appointment.

We have literacy aides to help school age children with homework and to encourage reading.

They can give assistance to children who are doing online learning.

We have a teen program where teens receive guidance and training in life skills.

The library is temporarily located at 414 Lexington Avenue while the permanent building at 1111 Dewey Avenue is being expanded and renovated.

Cost Info

All programs are free. All are welcome. Open enrollment, no minimum attendance requirement. Most programs are virtual at this time.
