Madonna Mission ESL Program for Refugee Women

Program Overview

At Madonna Mission, we help refugee women learn English so they can feel confident in their new home. Our English as a Second Language (ESL) program gives them the skills they need to talk to doctors, teachers, neighbors, and employers.

We offer one on one tutoring and group classes where women can practice speaking, reading, and writing in English. Our caring teachers and volunteers make learning fun and friendly. We also teach important life skills, like how to fill out forms, use public transportation, and shop for groceries. Our goal is to help refugee women feel welcome and strong as they build a better future for themselves and their families.

ESL is offered Monday - Thursday from 9:30am to 11am.
